WALK! With Aegis Therapies – Virtual Edition. For 12 years, WALK! Has encouraged older adults to get out and be active. This year, activities will take place virtually, both live and recorded, and are designed to accommodate all levels of ability. Daily 30-minute physical activity options can be found on the Walk! With Aegis site that include instructor-led workouts, daily activity suggestions and support material.
