The El Segundo Recreation, Parks, and Library Department offers high-quality parks and recreation facilities, the El Segundo Library, community service programs, recreation classes, events and activities. The Department is versatile in its service delivery by providing vital public transportation in addition to offering valuable programs and enrichment opportunities for all ages and abilities.

Active Aging Week - Chair Yoga & Meditation with Wellness & Fitness Nurse, Carol Hahn

Active Aging Week is a celebration of all the amazing things older adults can do! During the week, virtual classes, events, and wellness information packets will help you focus on staying active-physically, emotionally, and in your social life. Check out your local Active Aging Week calendar for virtual classes and events.
