Howl-O-Ween! K-9 Costume Parade in Library Park

Join us in Library Park for a tail wagging good time!
South Bay community members will parade their pups through Library Park to show off their furry friend's costume. Categories include small, medium and large dogs. Each category of dog size has their own parade time. Award categories include funniest, scariest, fanciest, most creative, and one "Best-in- Show."
Howl-O-Ween is a collaboration between the El Segundo Public Library and the El Segundo Police Department. Local Wags-n-Whiskers sponsored the event and is providing prizes for the winners.
