The El Segundo Recreation, Parks, and Library Department offers high-quality parks and recreation facilities, the El Segundo Library, community service programs, recreation classes, events and activities. The Department is versatile in its service delivery by providing vital public transportation in addition to offering valuable programs and enrichment opportunities for all ages and abilities.

Library Board of Trustees Meeting

The Library Board of Trustees advises the City Council and Director of Recreation, Parks and Library on matters of library policy, administration, operation, and service.  Members obtain public input, promote the library within the community, and assist with special initiatives.  The Board meets in the Library's Sue Carter Community Room on the second Tuesday of the month in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
