Starting Tuesday, December 1, 2020, the El Segundo City Hall and other non-public safety facilities will be open by appointment only, until further notice. City Hall will remain open for business from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. To make an appointment with a specific department, please click here for a complete directory or call the main line at (310) 524-2300. 

The decision to open by appointment only to the general public was made out of an abundance of caution to limit exposure in response to the surging COVID-19 cases occurring across the state and county. 

The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health issued a temporary Health Officer Order effective Monday, November 30 with additional safety measures across sectors to flatten the curve.
