·        Provided daily support for 318 computer users and maintained 23 servers with current service packs

·        Provided support for 350 telephone users on 5 PBX systems

·        Implemented Streem fax & notification server

·        Updated structured data wiring in several places in City Hall and Recreation Park


·        Implemented new online Credit Card processing services and implemented up Eden web module

·        Set up website email distribution lists and added new direct feedback Adobe forms

·        Set up Internet streaming of City cable channel

·        Implemented GeoXray map and interactive map of AT&T Uverse locations


·        Implemented City wide connections to Xerox copiers for scanning and printing

·        Upgraded City’s network switching, routing, and Internet connection speed

·        Implemented firewalls and fiber routing at all school libraries

·        Upgraded data lines to remote buildings and upgraded PIX firewalls to ASA firewalls
