What: Women’s Self-Defense Class
Where: El Segundo Teen Center
When: Saturday,March 7th from 8AM to 12PM
Cost: FREE
The El Segundo Police Department is offering a free self-defense class for women. The class will be taught by police officers who are the self-defense instructors for our agency.
The course will teach basic fighting skills (punching, kicking), escaping common control holds used by aggressors and developing the mindset on not becoming a victim.

Please wear gym type clothes and bring plenty of water. The course requires physical activity and participants should be free from any injuries or ailments that may be aggravated by the class.
