The El Segundo 24-hour reporting hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to report concerns, issues and complaints about work at Hyperion.
When you call the hotline be prepared to leave your name, address, phone number so that a Hyperion representative can return your call with a resolution.
When calls come into the hotline, plant staff is immediately notified, informed of the issue or complaint and field staff are dispatched to investigate. All calls are logged, tracked with date and time of communications, the name of the investigator, wind speed and direction, humidity, and the locations investigated, the findings and resolution.
Callers who request a return call are notified within 30 to 90 minutes of their call.
Hyperion has installed fence-line air quality monitors for hydrogen sulfide (H2S) emissions, the results of which are shared in real time on their air quality monitoring website. You can also sign-up to receive email notifications from Hyperion's air monitoring website by clicking here.
