- Visit the app or website - www.elsegundo.org/connect
- Click on “Request for Service”
- Select the type of issue, add a comment or details
- Attach any supporting pictures or documents, provide a location, add your name and email, and click create request!
It’s that simple! After you submit your request, the City team jumps into action to take care of it.
Creating an account allows you to keep track of your submissions and get updates on the status of your request. You can even see service requests submitted by others to know what is happening in your area.
