For those wishing to make public comments at Thursday's Special Council meeting, comments should be emailed to PUBLICCOMMUNICATIONS@elsegundo.org, with a limit of 150 words, at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. However, if for any reason you are unable to email your comments, a laptop will be set up in the Council Chamber for public communication. One person at a time may enter the Chamber to give a comment and will be subject to our current rules for public communication.
For those who send in an email, the City Clerk will read the comments aloud and will be written into the record. All email comments will be subject to the same rules as would otherwise govern speaker comments at the Council meeting. The email comments submitted will become part of the record and subject to the Public Records Act.
