The City of El Segundo's Arts and Culture Advisory Committee and El Segundo Public Library proudly present a FREE concert, Women of the West, on Saturday, March 4th, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the El Segundo Performing Arts Center (located in El Segundo High School) to celebrate Women's History Month.
Award-winning Los Angeles singer-songwriter Manda Mosher and Americana Blackbird Record's artist Deb Morrison team up to produce a stellar Americana music concert featuring an all-female fronted line-up. Some of the best local and nationally known West Coast Americana artists will come together to celebrate women in music.
Artists include Manda Mosher, Abby Posner, Deb Morrison, Rosy Nolan, and June Clivas & The Ditty Boys. Legendary radio personality and the SoCal Sound 88.5 FM's "DJ of the Blues," Ann The Raven, will be a special guest and emcee for the show. See the artists' bios here. The El Segundo Performing Arts Center is located inside El Segundo High School at 640 Main Street in El Segundo. Public parking is available at the Main & Mariposa lot, El Segundo Public Library, and surrounding streets.
The concert is funded by the El Segundo Cultural Development Program and presented by the Recreation, Parks, and Library Department.
