UPDATE: The isolated fire inside the Chevron El Segundo Refinery has been extinguished. There was no offsite impact or public threat. 

At approximately 6:15pm, El Segundo Fire Department responded to an isolated fire inside the Chevron El Segundo Refinery. El Segundo and Manhattan Beach Fire Departments remain on scene at this time alongside the Chevron Fire Department. There is NO offsite impact or public threat at this time.
