You are agreeing that access to this wireless network is completely at the sole discretion of the City of El Segundo and your access to the wireless network may be suspended or terminated at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions, activities that could cause congestion and disruption of networks and systems, actions by you which violate or jeopardize the rights of the City of El Segundo, or any other third party, or actions by you that violate any federal, state, or local law.

You acknowledge that:

1. Use of this wireless network may not be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. Use of this wireless network may expose you or your device(s) to risks, including hackers or viruses.
3. The City of El Segundo does not guarantee the security of this wireless network and that unauthorized third parties may access your computer or files or otherwise monitor your connection.
4. The City of El Segundo is not responsible for any damage to your device(s) arising out of or as a result of your use of this wireless network.
5. Staff members do not provide technical support for accessing this wireless network.
6. Provision of this wireless network may be terminated at any time or for any reason by the City of El Segundo.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of El Segundo, its hosts, and their suppliers and licensors, officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, any materials downloaded or uploaded through the Service, any actions taken by you in connection with your use of the Service, any violation of any third party's rights or an violation of law or regulation, or any breach of this agreement. This Section will not be construed to limit or exclude any other claims or remedies that the City of El Segundo may assert under this Agreement or by law.
