Carol Pirsztuk is an El Segundo City Council member with many ties to the community.   After leaving the position of Vice President of Internal Sales at Sony Pictures, Carol went into the non‐profit segment and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the El Segundo Education Foundation (Ed!).  Carol has lead Ed! to new funding heights and was instrumental in bringing the following programs to the El Segundo Unified School District: Bio Medical Science Pathway, Business Pathway, K‐5 Computer Science, K‐12 Orchestra, K‐12 Engineering, AVID, Link Crew and other advocacy programs.  Carol is also a certified Irish dancing teacher and adjudicator and is part owner of the Kelly School of Irish Dancing.
