Lance is the Executive Vice President of Dynasty Footwear in El Segundo, where he's worked for the past 20 Years. Raised and educated in Massachusetts, he attended Boston College and earned an undergraduate degree in Economics and later earned his MBA from Southeastern University.  Lance started his professional career with Procter & Gamble where he spent five years before joining the footwear industry In 1995. Presented with a unique opportunity he moved to China and spent the next two years in manufacturing and development followed by one year in Mexico, where he managed business operations for New York based company, ES Originals. Lance was selected to serve on the El Segundo Economic Development Advisory Council (EDAC) in July 2018 where he served nearly two years before beginning his term as an El Segundo City Councilmember on April 14, 2020. Lance and his wife of 21 years Gina have resided in El Segundo since 2001 and have two children Luc and Lia.
