The City of El Segundo remains committed to you, your safety, your business, and providing the highest quality services. The City is launching its 7^th resident and business satisfaction survey to continue to gain valuable insight to better serve your needs in 2024. 

If you completed the survey in the past, your input was greatly appreciated and helped the City identify opportunities for improvement from your perspective. Your feedback allows the City to develop a roadmap for addressing the issues that are important to you.    

This year's survey is being administered via the City's survey program, Qualtrics, and started being distributed digitally on Thursday, February 15, 2024.

The City's 2024 Annual Community Survey will close on March 31, 2024.
