Electronic Open Enrollment through EASE

The City of  El Segundo Human Resources Team is pleased to announce electronic Open Enrollment through EASE. Open enrollment is the annual opportunity to select benefit choices for the upcoming year, make changes to plan options, and add or remove dependents from coverage. 

Even if City employees are not making any changes to plans, they are required to login to EASE to:

• Make benefit selections, enroll dependents, and upload supporting documents
• Designate beneficiary
• Enroll in flexible spending or dependent care accounts
