PUBLIC ADVISORY:
THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER AND/OR LOBBY WILL ONLY BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS.
(Face masks/coverings are required to be worn inside City facilities)
Residents can watch the meeting live via Spectrum Channel 3, AT&T U-Verse Channel 99 and/or El Segundo TV at YouTube.com. Access remotely via Zoom from a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, or Android device or by phone. Use URL https://us06web.zoom.us/j/96459637962?pwd=RFZvdS80R2xLM21kdjJDaENURUFjUT09 and enter PIN: 730770 or visit www.zoom.us on device of choice, click on “Join a Meeting” and enter meeting ID and PIN.
Join by phone at 1-669-900-9128 and enter meeting ID and PIN. Your phone number is captured by the Zoom software and is subject to the Public Records Act. Dial *67 BEFORE dialing in to remain anonymous.

PUBLIC COMMUNICATION *:
The Public Communication portion of the meeting is limited to thirty minutes and based on the number of speakers, the five minutes allowed per speaker may be reduced to allow all speakers the opportunity to provide comments.
During Public Communication members of the public may provide comments to Council in the lobby, Council Chamber or via Zoom.
For in person comments, please fill out a speaker card located in the Chamber Lobby. For Zoom comments, notify meeting host by raising your virtual hand and you will be invited to speak.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATION *:
For written communication, submit your email to ALLELECTEDOFFICIALS@elsegundo.org by 3 PM August 17th to be uploaded to the City's website. Emails received after 3 PM will be posted the next day.
